Where is my reward catalogue order?

All orders are posted Royal Mail 48hours tracked and will be delivered to the address specified when you placed the order.

How can I return an order?

What is the price plan I can see in the catalogue? How does it work?

There are two price options available in the catalogue. You can either pay for the product using your points balance. Or you can pay with a combination of points and cash which is detailed for each product. You will only be able to add the product to your basket if you are logged in and have enough points in your account to purchase the product.

How can I pay for my products? What payment methods are accepted when paying outside of points?

You either pay for your products with your BPme Reward Points which can be done by detailing your BPme Rewards card number. Only registered cards can redeem points. Or if you're buying from our rewards catalogue (not vouchers), you can also purchase products  with a combination of points and VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Delta, Solo cards.

I received a faulty item, what do I do?

We’re sorry your product is faulty. Please email bp.loyalty@icpuk.uk and someone will be in touch who will be able to arrange a replacement product.
